Products Introduction: Marine Shaft AC Power Generation consist of Shaft Generator and Generation Control system. It can drive the Shaft Generator for power generating when the Diesel Engine propelling the ship by dragging the propeller, so it could replace the Diesel Generating Sets completely, then the energy consumption could be reduced greatly when in power generating. Shaft Power Generation System is the most effective generation system which can reduce the operation cost of the Ship and it is also a kind of new model of reducing carbon emission. Fixed Pitch Propeller Marine Shaft Generation Technique have been improved greatly in aspect of the speed variations ,however it still can not meet the needs of full speed of the ship. Due to the low power density but large volume of the traditional designing, the installation space in the cabin will be limited to a certain degree, furthermore ,the high investment cost for the first time, which also limits the development and application of the Shaft Power Generation System in the field. To resolve this kinds of problem ,for years’ researching and developing, we designed a series of new Shaft Power Generation System with low cost but meeting kinds of installation spaces, which satisfying the requirements of new or old ship. 一、Convenient Installation and Using
1.Generator and Diesel Engine are connected by Universal Joint.
2.Either front or back of the diesel engine could be installed.
3.Power generating of Shaft and Diesel Engine could be seamless docking grid-tied, which is changed arbitrarily.
4.Free-maintenance within 5years.

 

二、Meets all kinds of installation conditions
1. Simple structures.
2. Motor IP: IP 23,IP 44.

Voltage and Frequency Power Generating could not be affected by the ship’running speed
1.The velocity variety range could be designed as required according to the actual conditions, which  maximizing the
    productivity greatly.
2.Power Generating frequency precise is less than 0.2%.
3.Power Generating voltage precise is less than 1%.

  四、Starting and running with loading are available

五、Output Voltage Class of the Generator with 200V and 400V,which could be optional arbitrarily.

六、Shifting automatically between Shaft Generating and Diesel Engine Generating
1.Diesel Engine Generating will be started automatically when Shaft Generating breaking down.
2.Shaft Generating will be started automatically when Diesel Engine Generating breaking down.

The Loading and Control of the Ship are separated completely
1.The Power Generating system will not be affected when the loading is in fault.
2.High loading and anti-shocking capability ,so the generating system work will not be affected although they
   are the starting with inductive loading of the Control Actuator and Windlass.
3.Low failure rate with 1/10 of the traditional one ,but the maintenance cost will be less than 1/5 of the traditional one. 

 

八、Various of grid-connecting operation functions without shocking
1.Electricity of the ship could be grid-connected with that of the shore power.
2.Shaft Generating and Main Generating could be grid-connected as required.
3.Two different Power Generating system with different power could be grid-connected .

九、Function of  Taking Me Home
1.The Shaft Generating could be working in the conditions of Generating or Motor-Driving mode.
2.The Shaft Generating will run in the mode of Motor-driving when the Diesel Engine is failure, then pulling
    the ship in by the power supply from the Harbor Generator.
3.The running speed could be changed arbitrarily when in the running mode of Motor-driving of the Shaft
   Generating.

Taking a container ovessel with 325 containers for the consumption saving per year for example, it can save  511550.08 - 274830.81 = CNY 236719.27 each year.
